TWECS/VOSH BC  is returning to Tacloban, PI to help those still homeless and devastated by Typhoon Haiyan.  The 20 member team from Canada and the United States will be leaving Vancouver on Canadian Remembrance day.  As their checked baggage, they will take 11,798 eyeglasses.  Most of them will be meeting for the first time.  Each of them has their own reasons for joining this TWECS return project.
